Jumpstart Your Career - Practical Cafe Skills

Run over 8 weeks, 1 day per week, this is a hands-on class where you will be preparing wholesome and healthy food, appetisers and salads. For anyone wanting to work in a café, a food or market stall where food is the main ingredient.

Successful participants will gain a Statement of Attainment in 5 Units of Competency including Food and Hygiene, prepare simple dishes, salads and appetisers, and learning about table service.
